Rates

My rate is currently $125 per session. My rate is going up to $200 per session starting January 13th.  Therapy is a process so it is important to budget for at least 2 sessions per month, or more if you can.

Right now I am also offering a special:  an 8-session package at a discounted rate of $1450, paid up front.  This also includes phone calls/updates for parents with teens.  Please contact me for more info!

Insurance

I currently accept:  Aetna, Banner Aetna, BCBS of Arizona, United Healthcare, AHCCCS (Native American plan only), and Cigna.  

Having a credit or debit card on file is required for services.  This is how we bill for any co-pays.  I also require you to put your card on Auto-Pay in our system.  Please don't hesitate to ask more about this.  

Payment

I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment.   I also accept HSA funds.  Payment is due at the time of session. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee, except in emergency cases.
